Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao has dominated out returning to the crypto trade, regardless of a pardon from US President Donald Trump opening the door for it to be doable.  

Zhao told CNBC’s Squawk Field on Sunday that it’s his understanding that the pardon means the previous restrictions “are fully lifted,” however shot down any ideas of going again to Binance.
