Development spending declined 0.4% MoM to a seasonally adjusted annual charge of $2.14 trillion in June. In comparison with a 12 months in the past, spending was down 2.9% YoY. Yr-to-date spending for the primary half of 2025 is 2.2% decrease than the identical interval in 2024. -
