Vimeo is getting purchased up by Bending Spoons, a European software program firm that has amassed a rising portfolio of companies, together with Evernote, WeTransfer, and Meetup. Bending Spoons pays $1.38 billion to accumulate the video internet hosting platform, and it expects to shut the deal later this 12 months.
